Sharing is caring!

The WhatsApp application is updated very often and it seems that the developers have enabled by mistake the “Edit” feature on the WhatsApp 2.17.26. This new feature was allowing the users to edit and even delete messages that they’ve sent to their WhatsApp friends.

Unfortunately, it seems that the developers have decided to disable this new feature. So, you will notice that once you install the WhatsApp 2.17.27 BETA on your Android device, the “Edit” option is still there, but for some reason it doesn’t work anymore.

According to rumors, the developers are currently working on this option, as they have more things to take care of, in order to make it function without any problems. WABetaInfo, a well known WhatsApp leaker, claimed that the developers have added the revoke function and a new update to the Status UI to the WhatsApp. However, you can now delete the “Status” stories that you have added in the status section.

We are still waiting for some official news regarding the rumored “Video Conference” feature that is expected to be added to WhatsApp application soon. According to rumors, this new feature will allow you to make Video Calls on WhatsApp with two or more users at the same time. Unfortunately, this new feature will use a lot of mobile data and will probably work only when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.
