Are you an Android user – be it a smartphone or tablet? If so, then you probably know all about the Google Play Store. If you’ve never used it before, you should know that it’s the location of the majority of apps you can get – games, tools and other things – available for Android devices only.

The great thing about the Play Store is that it will update on its own. There’s no reason to manually update the app. You can rest assured that you’ll have the latest version of the Google app marketplace.

How Can You Be Sure You’ve Got The Latest Play Store On Your Smartphone or Tablet

If you want the latest Play Store version, there are two ways you can make it happen:

Go to the Google Play Store app on your device. Visit Settings, going down to the bottom. Here, you’ll see the version of Play Store you have. When you press the section, and the latest version is already installed, you’ll get a notification that tells you the software is updated.

If the app isn’t up to date, you’ll get a notification that lets you know you can download and install the latest version. Special Note: It won’t update immediately, and you won’t be notified of when it’s downloaded to the smartphone or tablet. You won’t know it, but you can do the prior steps to find out if it did install.

Another way to get the latest Play Store version is to download its APK file and install it. The best place to attain the APK file of Google Play Store is to go to APK Mirror, though you can always go to other reputable sources.
