The Galaxy A3 and A5 (2017 versions) are the latest handsets to come out of Samsung’s shop. Just in time for the big flagship announcements, these two smartphones cater to the customers that are looking for more budget friendly devices.  While some are more atracted by the flashier devices coming out, others just don’t have the wallet for that kind of drives therefore the A3 and A5 units make for great solutions to any low-budget user’s smartphone problem.

The A5 model will come bearing the Exynos 7880 processing unit, as well as the graphics processing capabilities of the Mali DH60MP4. In support of these spec we have 3 GB of RAM and a total of 32 GB of internal storage. While that amount isn’t much, users can add more on top of it with an SD card. There will be a 16 MP camera on each side of the device, and a 3000 mAH battery unit will make sure the device stays on for a long time.

The Galaxy A3 is slated to come out with obviously lower specifications. One example of this would be the processor reduction. The A3 will house a 1.6 GHz processor, which is inferior to the 1.9 GHz octa core unit found on the A5. Additionally, the A3 will come with an 8 MP camera on the front of the handset but will likely retain the 16 MP shooter on the rear panel. The battery capacity is also reduced at 2350 mAH.

Starting with the 20th of January, people will be able to preorder these devices. European fans will be able to snatch one of these handsets starting with the month of February, which isn’t that far away. In the meantime, many are constantly keeping their ears open as rumors continue to fly even as we aproach release time.
