As stated by Nintendo earlier this week, their 3DS online services will be temporary closed as some maintenance is scheduled next week. Their services are set to shut down on the 9th of January between 5PM and 7PM PST.
This means that online play and other similar features will be shut down as well thus players cannot use the Nintendo 3DS system. They’ve also announced that this maintenance can also take longer if any problems are to occur. No further information is available on their information page but it is obvious that players should refrain from using their devices between that timeline.
January 2017 is a much desired month for Nintendo fans as the Japanese tech giant is going to offer a great deal of discounts for their fans to enjoy. It’s a rare opportunity for gamers to purchase Nintendo content at a low price. The games which will receive lower prices are available on websites both for North America and Europe.
No free games are to be found this month but the good news is that there will be cost reductions for devices such as the Nintendo Wii U and 3DS. This can only mean a rare opportunity for players to claim Gold and Platinum points.
If one wishes to get more Platinum Points he or she can log on to Nintendo’s official website and check Miiverse. Gold Coins can also be earned by spending money on discounted games such as Yoshi’s Wooly World and Kirby’s Epic Yam.
Another great piece of news is that the highly anticipated Nintendo device which bears the name of Mini NES will become available again.
