It seems that Samsung is planning to release a new version of Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5. In fact, the two 2017 models are expected to be released in the Western European Union (UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Luxembourg) sometime in January 2017. These two handsets are expected to arrive in Gold, Pink, Blue and Black colors.
If rumors will prove to be right, the Galaxy A3 (2017) will feature a super AMOLED display of 4.7-inch that will support a resolution of 1280×720 pixels at 312ppi, it will be powered by an octa-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.5GHz, which will be coupled with a Mali-T830MP2 graphics card and 2GB of RAM.
When it comes to the storage, the Galaxy A3 (2017) is expected to be released in two variants of 8GB and 16GB, which you will be able to expand up to 256GB using a microSD card.
As for the cameras, on the back of the Galaxy A3 (2017) you’ll find a 12MP snapper that will support geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, and the secondary camera will have a resolution of 8MP. Unfortunately, we don’t have any information about the specifications of the Galaxy A5 (2017), but as soon as we will find out more details, we will let you know.
As for the pricing, the Galaxy A3 (2017) will most be sold for about $363, while the Galaxy A5 (2017) is expected to have a price of $468.
It seems that Samsung is now trying to focus on its Galaxy A series of smartphones, which are some decent devices at a more low price than the Galaxy S series.We are not sure how successful the Galaxy A series will be in 2017, but we’re pretty sure that the company is not taking a gamble in here and in fact it knows that it will be sold well.
