According to the latest reports, the WhatsApp application will soon allow you to edit and even revoke the messages that you’ve sent using this application. WABetaInfo claims that the developers are currently testing out the new feature and if all goes well, we should see it being released sometime in the near future.
We have to remind you that this new feature has been spotted on the WhatsApp version 22.214.171.1249 BETA for iOS and it will most likely be released for the Android OS and Windows 10 Mobile sometime soon.
The developers are now trying to improve the status badge, as in the update status they’ve added a delete and forward icon next to the status badge that will allow you to completely remove or forward your WhatsApp status.
WABetaInfo claimed in its report that based on the recent WhatsApp Update that it has found on the iOS, WhatsApp might not allow users to edit very old messages. In other words, there will most likely be a deadline when you will be allowed to edit or delete a message that you’ve sent on WhatsApp.
This means that once you will pass the deadline, you will no longer be able to edit or delete the message. It’s not yet sure what the deadline will be, but according to rumors, you will be able to edit a message or delete it only for a few days (most likely up to three days).
There are also rumors which are suggesting that a Video Calling Conference feature will be added to the WhatsApp application. This will allow you to make a video call on WhatsApp with two or more users at the same time, creating a sort of Video Conference.
Unfortunately, the developers of WhatsApp have not confirmed this feature yet, but as soon as we will find more information about it, we will let you know.
