Asus has released its Zenfone Go ZB500KL in October 2016, while the Huawei P9 Lite has hit the stores in April 2016, being the weaker version of the P9 flaggship. Today we will compare these two mobile devices and let you decide which one of them is better for you.

Designs

The Asus Zenfone Go ZB500KL measures 143.7×70.9×11.3mm and weights 150 grams. Like most its siblings, it has a plastic back that’s curved on the edges, with a brushed metal strip under the screen.

Also, it has volume buttons under the rear camera and the available colors for its back are Glacier Gray, Sheer Gold, Silver Blue, Glamour Red, Charcoal Black, and Pearl White. On the other hand, the Huawei P9 Lite has a plastic back and it imitates the design of the P9 flagship, featuring a fingerprint scanner on the central top. Also, it’s slimmer and slightly lighter, measuring 146.8×72.6×7.5mm and weighting 147 grams.



Displays

The Asus Zenfone Go ZB500KL has an IPS LCD display of 5-inch that supports a resolution of 1280×720 pixels at 294 ppi. The Huawei P9 Lite comes with a larger IPS LCD display of 5.2-inch that supports a higher resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 424 ppi.

Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM

The Asus Zenfone Go ZB500KL features a Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, an Adreno 306 graphics card and 2GB of RAM. The Huawei P9 Lite comes has a HiSilicon Kirin 650 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 2.0GHz and a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.7GHz, a Mali-T830MP2 graphics card and 2GB or 3GB of RAM.

Storages

Both devices come with an internal storage of 16GB, which you can expand up to 256GB using a microSD card.

Cameras

The Asus Zenfone Go ZB500KL sports a primary camera of 13MP that offers LED Flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR and a secondary camera of 5MP. The Huawei P9 Lite has also primary camera of 13MP with similar features, but the secondary camera supports 8MP.

Batteries

The Asus Zenfone Go ZB500KL is powered by a removable battery of 2600 mAh, which is weaker than the non-removable battery of 3000 mAh that the Huawei P9 Lite comes with.
