The Huawei P9 has been released back in April 2016, while the Huawei Enjoy 6s is the successor of Enjoy (launched in October) and it’s expected to arrive this month. Today we will compare these two handsets and let you decide which one of them suits your needs better.

Displays and Designs

The Huawei P9 has an IPS-NEO LCD display of 5.2-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 423 ppi. On the other hand, the Huawei Enjoy 6s has a smaller AMOLED display of 5-inch that supports a resolution of 1280×720 pixels at 294 ppi. Both devices have metal bodies, but the Huawei P9 features a top plastic strip where you’ll find the dual rear camera. The Enjoy 6s has a metal construction with two thin lines on the back and likewise its rival, it has a fingerprint scanner in the central top, but it’s rounded, not square.

Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM

The Huawei P9 features a HiSilicon Kirin 955 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.8GHz and a quad-core Cortex A72 CPU clocked at 2.5GHz, a Mali-T880 MP4 graphics card and 3GB or 4GB of RAM. The Huawei Enjoy 6s has a Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435 chipset, an octa-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.4GHz, an Adreno 505 graphics card and 3GB of RAM.

The Huawei P9 has been released in two internal storage variants of 32GB and 64GB, while the Huawei Enjoy 6s has an internal storage of 32GB. You can expand the storage capacity on both devices up to 256GB using a microSD card.

The Huawei P9 sports a dual primary camera of 12MP that features Leica optics, dual-LED flash, phase detection autofocus, geo-tagging, touch focus, panorama, face detection, HDR and a secondary camera of 8MP. The Huawei Enjoy 6s comes with a primary camera of 13MP that features geo-tagging, autofocus, LED flash, panorama, face detection, touch focus and a secondary camera of 5MP.

The Huawei P9 is powered by a non-removable battery of 3000 mAh, which is slightly weaker than the 3020 mAh cell that the Huawei Enjoy 6s has.
