Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is to receive six more maps from the original game with the addition of a new map.
The Call of Duty Twitter account confirmed this great news, stating that the new maps will be the following: a winter take on Crash, Wet Work, Countdown, Showdown, Bloc, Pipeline and Strike. Two popular game modes from the newer Call of Duty games, namely Gun Game and Hardpoint are to be implemented as well.
The two modes and maps will be made available to players starting with December the 13th and will be free of charge providing that the player has bought a Legacy Edition which includes Modern Warfare Remastered. Infinite Warfare didn’t get the Modern Warfare treatment though as there is no news regarding new maps for it according to the developers. The maps will surely be added on PlayStation 4 when it will be released.
