WhatsApp has finally received the Video Calling feature a few weeks ago and it seems that now there are even more new users who want to try out the application. Today we will talk about the latest WhatsApp BETA version that has been released for smartphones that run on Android OS.

However, before we do that we should let you know that the WhatsApp application has now over 1 billion monthly active users and thanks to the Video Calling feature we might see this number growing quite fast in the next months.

WhatsApp BETA 2.16.378: What’s New?

Usually, when a new WhatsApp BETA version is released, it comes with bug fixes and other improvements. We have to agree that sometimes, the developers test out some new features that will eventually get released for the public version of WhatsApp, but today it’s not the case. In other words, the WhatsApp BETA version 2.16.378 doesn’t come with any new features, but you will notice that the new version of the application has less bugs and issues than before.

There are some reports which are suggesting that the WhatsApp application will most likely get a new option that will allow you to call two or more people at the same time using the Voice or Video calling feature.

However, this has not been confirmed yet by the developers, so we should take these rumors with a bit of salt.
