The Google Pixel XL has been released in October 2016, while the OnePlus 3T has hit the stores a moth later. Today we will compare these two smartphones and let you decide which one of them suits your needs better.

Designs

The Google Pixel XL measures 154.7×75.7×8.5mm and weights 168 grams. For its rear side, Google has used a combination of glass (top, which can be replaced) and aluminum (bottom) and the available color options are Quite Black, Very Silver and Really Blue.

On the other hand, the OnePlus 3T is slimmer and lighter as it measures 152.7×74.7×7.4mm and weights 158 grams and likewise the OnePlus 3, it has a full metal body with two horizontal lines at the top and bottom of the back.



Displays

The Google Pixel XL has an AMOLED display of 5.5-inch that supports a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels at 534 ppi. The OnePlus 3T comes with an optic AMOLED display of 5.5-inch that supports a lower resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 401 ppi.

Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM

The Google Pixel XL features a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 821 chipset, a dual-core Kryo CPU clocked at 2.15GHz and a dual-core Kryo CPU clocked at 1.6GHz, an Adreno 530 graphics card and 4GB of RAM. The OnePlus 3T has the same chipset and graphics card, but it has two cores clocked at 2.35 GHz instead of 2.15GHz, and it is backed by 6GB of RAM.

Storages

The Google Pixel XL comes in two internal storage variants of 32GB and 128GB, while the OnePlus 3T has been released in two internal storage variants of 64GB and 128GB. Unfortunately, none of the two devices comes with a microSD card slot for storage expansion.

Cameras

The Google Pixel XL sports a primary camera of 12.3MP that features dual-LED flash, phase detection, laser autofocus, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR and a secondary camera of 8MP. The OnePlus 3T has a primary camera of 16MP that features OIS, LED flash, phase detection autofocus, geo-tagging, face detection, touch focus and a secondary camera of 16MP.

Batteries

The Google Pixel XL is powered by a non-removable battery of 3450 mAh which is slightly better than the non-removable battery of 3400 mAh that the OnePlus 3T comes with.
