The Sims 4: City Living expansion pack was released on November 1 and it introduced the new world of San MyShuno, which is formed from the following districts: The Spice Market, The Arts Quarter, The Fashion District, and Uptown. The latter district is for rich Sims who afford to rent luxurious apartments.
If your Sim got rich and has plenty time to relax, he/she can spend some quality time in a rooftop lounge or get fit in a sophisticated gym. Uptown is also the district where Sims can retire after years of hard work, and live the rest of their lives peacefully, while enjoying the view and feel like they’re already in heaven. To afford this perfect life, Sims must have millions of Simoleons, money they’ve saved without cheating in the game.
So, if you’re looking for a “cheap” apartment in Uptown district, then you will surely want to live in the 1020 Alto Apartments, a building with one bedroom and 2 bathrooms, which is currently occupied by middle-aged critic, Lobo. You will pay $2,500 to rent it for a week, but a deposit of $12,500 is also needed. A fully-furnished Alto Apartments will cost you $63,580, but you will be offered a nice lot trait, Romantic Fireplace, which will help the Sim get flirty when sitting around the fireplace with his/her date.
The 1010 Alto Apartments are a bit more expensive, costing $3,500 per week, and with an initial deposit of $15,000. The fully-furnished apartment costs $100,215, but it offers the lot trait Chef’s Kitchen. Currently, this apartment is available, so grab it as soon as possible.
Next on the list is the IX Landgraab, which costs $3,750 per week and has a fully-furnished price of $76,630. However, this apartment is currently occupied by the Fengs. If your Sim is willing to pay $5,000 per month, then the VIII Landgraab apartment is definitely the best choice. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the Great View, Serviced Apartment lot traits. The fully-furnished price of it is $98,420.
Finally, the most expensive apartment in “The Sims 4: City Living” Uptown is the 888 Spire Apartments, for which your Sim will pay $7,500 weekly. There are two bedrooms and three bathrooms and it offers a Great View lot trait.
