Virgin Media is a British company that provides mobile and fixed telephones, broadband internet and television services for both consumers and business in the United Kingdom. The company is headquartered in Hook, Hampshire, UK and it was a subsidiary of Liberty Global plc, which is an international television and Telecommunications Company that’s headquartered in London.

Anyway, today we will talk about Virgin Media and some new 4G mobile contracts that come with unlimited WhatsApp data. The company said that “by offering free messaging on WhatsApp and Messenger we’re making sure that Virgin Media customers never have to worry about messaging friends or family, and if there’s data left over at the end of the month then we’ve got that covered too”.

The company claims that thanks to 4G, the customers will be able to browse faster, stream, play and do whatever they want. It seems that the lowest contract that you can purchase has a price of £6 per month, but it can go up to £25 if you need 5000 minutes, unlimited texts and 20GB of data.

We remind you that Virgin Media has been offering 4GB to its business customers for a couple of months already, but it was unable to offer the same service to regular consumers as well. However, starting from now on, consumers will be able to finally surf the internet with a high speed.

It is good to know that the same contract is offering FREE Facebook Messenger data, so if you are using this application on your mobile device, then you don’t need to worry about the data that you waste while using it, as it will not be counted.

We think that is just a matter of time until more and more mobile carriers will start offering free data on popular mobile messaging applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Viber etc.
