According to reports, Samsung has finally rolled out a BETA program for testing out the Android 7.0 Nougat on the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. It seems that this Android 7.0 Nougat BETA program is available in the UK Galaxy Store and it allows users to register and have a chance to install the latest Android OS version on their devices.

Users are able to provide feedback and experience, which will surely help the developers figure out what needs to be fixed. The APK (installation) file was uploaded to the XDA Developers forums, as the Samsung servers that provide the system are currently offline. Samsung will most likely make an official announcement regarding the Android 7.0 Nougat BETA Program sometime in the next few days.

We remind you that this is not the first time when the Korean manufacturer has introduced a BETA program for an operating system. For example, Samsung has released in the past a similar program for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge in order to try out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow. This happened in December 2015, right before the final update was released in February 2016.

It’s not sure when exactly Samsung will bring the servers online, but there are rumors which say that NOT everyone who will register will take part to the BETA testing. So, if you want to be one of the first users who want to sign up for the “Galaxy Beta Program App”, you should go to the Android store.

Keep in mind that it doesn’t matter when you sign up, as Samsung will most likely pick random testers.

If Samsung keeps the release pattern of the Android BETA Program, the Android 7.0 Nougat BETA Program for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will be released in about two months.
