Sharing is caring!

The main Moto device grown under Lenovo leadership has risen as the Moto Z Force. The device represents Lenovo’s vision from head to bottom and comes with major improvement in all departments, from design, to features, and of course, specs. On the other hand, Samsung’s Galaxy S7 Edge comes as just as much a feature powerhouse and design pioneer as the Moto Z Force. In this article, we’re going to see what sets these two apart, but also what kind of similarities they share.

There are a lot of things these devices share, starting off with the display, both devices boast a 5.5 inch display, using AMOLED technology.

The processing chip is the same for both units, namely the Snapdragon 820 processor, which comes with 4 cores. As far as graphics are concerned, you can benefit of the Adreno 530 graphics chips with both the Moto Z Force and the Galaxy S7 Edge.

The memory is no different, with both devices offering 32 GB of upgradeable storage space, and 4 GB of RAM from the DDR4 generation.

The battery capacity was almost another shared feature, but the S7 Edge manages to come out on top by the slightest margin, specifically 3600 mAh in favor of the Moto Z Force’s 3500 mAh capacity.

Flashy Features

Both devices, despite their impressive number of similarities, bring something unique to the table. The Moto Z Force comes with mods and backs that can be changed at will, to change the overall look of the device, a feature used in the past for Motorola phones which proved successful. On the other hand, the S7 Edge brings oxygen and heart rate sensors, which aren’t really used on a daily basis, and might not be appreciated as much by the majority of smartphone users.
