The Dragon Ball franchise just celebrated its 30th anniversary and, in celebration of this feat, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is set for release sometime this month. Bandai made public a surplus amount of information regarding the game, offering gamers new trailers and gameplay videos.
And, Bandai will soon release more information, as it recently announced it would offer two beta tests. The first is limited to just PlayStation 4 players and is set to occur this month. The second will be available for Xbox One players and is also set for release later this month.
Neither beta test will let PC gamers test out the game before its official release.
Bandai released information about its character list but hasn’t said what the beta test game is going to offer. Suggestions are circulating that it’s limited to a few characters and in multi-player format – nothing concrete, though.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is set to be released on Oct. 25 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and is sure to have a plethora of improvements over the first game. It will also include changes to races, new combat mechanism and an in-depth story line.
