After some teasers that have surfaced earlier this week, Rockstar Games has finally announced on its Twitter account that the Red Dead Redemption 2 game will be released next year.

We remind you that Red Dead Redemption has been released back in 2010 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. This is a western-themed game that has been developed by Rockstar Games, the same developer that has released other popular titles such as GTA.

In concordance with an image on Twitter, the Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released in the fall of 2017 and a trailer of the game will be released tomorrow, on October 20, 2016 at 11AM ET. Rockstar is already hosting a website for Red Dead Redemption 2, which clearly confirms that this game is in the works and in about one year, we will finally be able to play it.

It is good to know that many gamers have been speculating about a sequel of the Red Dead Redemption. Let’s not forget that Red Dead Redemption has been released 6 years after the Red Dead Revolver has been released.

We can also see an image on the official website of this upcoming game, which shows 7 western guys with guns, which could refer to either the multiplayer features or “The Magnificent Seven”. According to this website, the upcoming game will have an epic tale of life in America, with a vast and atmospheric world that will be awesome for a new online multiplayer experience. As soon as we will find more information about Red Dead Redemption 2, we will let you know!

Red Dead Redemption 2 can already be pre-ordered for a price of €69.99 from the “Rockstar Warehouse” website.

Have you thought that a sequel of the Red Dead Redemption will be released so soon?
