Battlefield 1 is a first-person shooter video game that has been developed by EA DICE and published by Electronic Arts. The game is expected to be released on October 21, 2016 and even if it has “1” in its name, you should know that this is actually the fifteenth installment in the Battlefield franchise.
Today we will talk about a feature that has been added to the game, which will allow you to create some awesome gameplay movies on this upcoming game. We have to agree that the PC gamers have had tools to create professional-looking movies for quite a while, but now it is the time for the console owners to have access to some of them. It seems that DICE and EA have decided to bring a tool like this on their Battlefield 1 game.
According to reports, the enhanced spectator mode in Battlefield 1 will allow you to create some awesome gameplay movies not only on PCs, but also on your Xbox One or PlayStation 4 consoles! This tool will give you an extensive control over the camera, allowing you to play with the field of view, add an array of visual filters and even more.
You can take a look at this tool in the video below:
As you can see, this is NOT a full-fledged scene creator such as Source Filmmaker that Valve has released. In other words, you will not be able to create custom animations, record canned segments or other stuff that the Source Filmmaker can do. However, we can say that this tool will surely make a good amount of console owners very happy.
The Battlefield 1 is expected to be released on October 21, 2016 for Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Have you played Battlefield 1 during the BETA test? Will you purchase the game once it will hit the stores?
