Lenovo has released its Vibe K5 back in April 2016, while the K6 Note is expected to arrive by the end of this month. Today we will compare these two handsets and let you decide which one of them suits your needs better.
Displays and Designs
The Lenovo Vibe K5 has an IPS LCD display of 5-inch that supports a resolution of 1280×720 pixels at 294 ppi. On the other hand, the Lenovo K6 Note comes with a bigger IPS LCD display of 5.5-inch that supports a higher resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 401 ppi. The Vibe K5 is a low-cost phone with plastic strips on the top and bottom of the back, and the middle you might think it’s made of metal. The dimensions of the K6 Note haven’t been revealed yet, but most likely, the device will have a premium uni-body design and horizontal antenna bars on the back.
Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM
The Lenovo Vibe K5 features a Qualcomm MSM8929 Snapdragon 415 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz and a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.5GHz, an Adreno 405 graphics card and 2GB of RAM. The Lenovo K6 Note has a Qualcomm MSM8937 Snapdragon 430 chipset, an octa-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.5GHz, an Adreno 505 graphics card and 3GB and 4GB of RAM.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 has an internal storage of 16GB which can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card. The Lenovo K6 Note has 32GB of storage, which is expandable up to 256GB.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 sports a primary camera of 13MP that features LED flash, autofocus, geo-tagging, touch focus, panorama, HDR, face detection and a secondary camera of 5MP. The Lenovo K6 Note has a better primary camera of 16MP that features dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, HDR, panorama and a secondary camera of 8MP.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 is powered by a removable battery of 2750 mAh, which is weaker than the non-removable battery of 4000 mAh that the Lenovo K6 Note has.
