Back in 2015, Google released the Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X, both of which have been quite different, despite coming from the same Nexus series. Maybe perhaps they are made by different companies, the 5X being produced by LG and the other one by Huawei.

The 6P model is denser, taller and wider, not to mention much sleeker than the Nexus 5X. It has a metallic body, which is the opposite of the 5X, which shows off a plastic one. Nexus 6P offers you three choices: 32, 64 or 128 GB of internal memory, while Nexus 5X only brings two, 16 or 32. Also, the 6P model offers a bigger RAM capacity than the Nexus 5X.

6P seems to also win the display category, being bigger and sporting an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Meanwhile, Nexus 5X offers an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, which is also decent. The 6P camera is more powerful on the back, according to the information provided by Android Authority. It also has an Octacore processor, more exactly a Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 one.

The Nexus 5X runs on a faster CPU speed, working on a 1.7 GHz hexacore Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808 Processor. However, since the 6P has more cores, it can support running more tasks simultaneously, thus offering a smoother experience.

The 6P model seems to be better when it comes to battery too. Moreover, it has dual speakers on the front which let you enjoy an excellent stereo experience. Since the “P” in Nexus 6P comes from Premium, no wonder that this device is offering all the best features you can get for this money. It is definitely one of the best Android phones currently available on the market. However, if budget is your priority, you should consider the Nexus 5X model, since it would fit your desires more.
