The Samsung Galaxy J2 model has a couple of descriptions. First is the one released in September 2015 and the other released in July 2016. However, these two mobile devices are distinct from each other in the sense that they are released about a year apart. But that doesn’t mean that the J2 is inferior from any other model released after. Here are some important features that you might want to consider.
- The Display
Just like what its predecessors have been featured with, the Galaxy J2 has the same unique super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. But it might be a bit inferior in size with just 4.7 inches of display screen compared with the 2016 model with 5 inches. Likewise, it has a low resolution of 540p with 234ppi pixel density.
- The Platform
It might just be a good buy for Android fans out there because it is already equipped with Android version 5.1.1 Lollipop. Most of all, it has a quad-core 1.3GHz Cortex-A7 perfect for those who are looking for powerful processors.
- Memory Capacity
Only a few people don’t appreciate external SD card memory that much. But for those who are fond of having a huge backup memory, this one has a dedicated microSD slot that can handle up to 256GB of memory. Moreover, it has a 1GB RAM that goes with the internal memory of 8GB.
- The Camera Features
The primary camera is already LED flash-enabled to go with its 5MP resolution. On the other hand, it has a secondary camera resolution of 2MP. This should be a bit different from the 2016 model of the Samsung Galaxy J2 as it has a primary camera of 8MP and secondary camera of 5MP to begin with.
If you are looking for a cheaper alternative but equally decent mobile device, perhaps the Samsung Galaxy J2 should be perfect for you.
