As weeks go by, the release of the Pokemon Sun and Moon seems to be hyping more and more people. The anticipation grows with every release of a new teaser trailer. The Nintendo 3DS-exclusive RPG is two months away from being launched, and fans are getting more and more excited about it.

Besides bringing new Pokemons, new characters and Alola forms, the most interesting thing might be the Z-Move.

What is Z-Move? The Z-Moves are very powerful attacks that players can use with their Pokemons with the help of a Z-Ring. According to the teaser trailers, the move will work only with certain Pokemon, or at least this is what we can deduct from them. At the same time, The Pokemon Company posted on their website that the Z-Moves will be available to any type.

The company also said that there are going to be some specific Z-Moves for Pokemons. Up until now, we only got the see the Z-Moves that are specific to Pikachu, Eevee, Snorlax and Alolan Raichu. When you are using a Z-Move, it will get out what’s best in them in battle, so it’s a great addition to the game. However, keep in mind that you can only use the Z-Move once in a battle.

For instance, the Z-Move from Alolan Raichu is named Stoked Sparksurfer. Though there is no official description for this on the website, in one of the teasers you can see that upon unleashing the attack, Raichu will surf the air with the help of its tail. The electric power will surround its entire body, but it will be focused mainly on its tail.

Snorlax’s Z-Move is called Pulverizing Pancake. This one makes Snorlax, who usually sleeps all the time, run around like crazy and jump extremely high so that he can crush the opponent when it lands.
