Clash Of Clans has over 100 million daily active users and many of them are eagerly awaiting for the September update. Reports claim that the new update will bring many changes and something that will be called the Clan Challenge.
There aren’t many known details about the September update, but Supercell definitely has something in the works, as the developer has posted a video on YouTube in which was described the new way players will participate in Clan Wars. You can watch the video below:
Supercell has even offered an official statement about the new arranged wars, saying that “With Clan Challenges, Clans will be able issue a friendly War request to any other Clan daring to accept the challenge! Choose war participants, set the duration of preparation/battle days and send your Clan Challenge request! As soon as the opposing Clan accepts the request, preparation day will begin. This feature is not meant to replace Clan Wars (you can’t issue a Clan Challenge while there’s an ongoing Clan War), but it will offer better support for events”.
Fans will appreciate the fact that they will be able to choose who they will battle against, because the automated system didn’t offer balanced matches, better events and Tournaments. Plus, in Clan Challenges, players will be able to set the duration for war, which could last even three days.
Other changes brought by the September update involve a new penalty system and free gem mining. Gamers know how hard it is to earn gems, and many of them are spending real money on them. The update should also help newbies enjoy more game benefits without reaching Town Hall 11, because currently, Clash Of Clans has limited restrictions for players who have their Town Hall below this level.
The rumored date when the new update will be released is September 18.
