Apple has finally started rolling out the iOS 10 on the iPads and iPhones, but it seems that there are already reports which are suggesting that the new operating version comes with issues.

It seems that some users claim that their devices got “bricked” after being updated to iOS 10. Apple has confirmed that there is a brief issue with the software update process which is affecting a small number of users during the first hour of availability, but it claims that this problem has already been fixed.

Unfortunately, there are a good amount of users who’ve reported today that their tablets and phones are still bricked by the update and they are not able to make them work anymore.

The iOS 10 comes with many new features such as more emojis and animations, an overhauled Messages app and a new notification system for the lock screen. In addition, the virtual assistant Siri is able to integrate in third party applications and according to reports it is already functioning on WhatsApp and it is expected to be soon implemented on Facebook Messenger.

The iOS 10 also brings more artificial intelligence into the software and now by using the Photos app you will be able to identify and show your photos in your library based on location, time, people and the items in them.

The iOS keyboard has received a similar intelligence improvement and it will now understand better the context as you type, including showing you a snapshot of your calendar as you discuss about making plans with contacts.

The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will come with iOS 10 out-of-the-box and are expected to go on sale in the UK this Friday.

Did you get your tablet or phone bricked after trying to update it to iOS 10? If you haven’t encountered any problems during the installation process, are there any new features that you like in particular?
