Fans are still awaiting the next update to Clash Royale. One thing contained in the update was revealed a few days ago: the ability to mute other players.

Previously, they said they wouldn’t make it possible to mute emotes, but now they’ve rethought that. This is most likely due to community feedback, as emote muting was a much-requested feature from fans. Nevertheless, “you will see your opponent trying to communicate.” They’re also working on ways to improve emotes.

Let us know what you think of this feature, and what else you hope to see in the next Clash Royale update. But wait, that’s not the end of Clash Royale news yet.

While you wait for the Clash Royale update, are you confident enough in your Clash Royale skills to participate in an international tournament?

ESWC (eSports World Convention) is hosting an international Clash Royale tournament in October. It will be held in Paris and is the biggest Clash Royale tournament so far. If you want to participate, you can sign up online for your region’s qualifier, which are held on different days:

September 10 – Middle East & Africa

September 17 – Asia & Oceania

September 24 – Americas

October 1 – Eastern Europe & CIS

October 8 – Western Europe

October 14 – Nordic
