Samsung has finally released its Galaxy J7 Prime handset, which comes with some great specifications and features. Today we will tell you about everything you need to know about this device and let you decide if you want to purchase it or not.


First of all, you should know that the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime measures 151.5×74.9×8.1mm. The handset comes with a metallic chassis with two thin horizontal radio antenna lines at the top and bottom of the back, along with a Gorilla Glass 4 screen protection. For a better security, it features a fingerprint scanner that’s located beneath the Home button, which you can use to unlock the device, apps etc.


The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime has an IPS LCD display of 5.5-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 401 ppi.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime features an Exynos 7870 Octa chipset that supports an octa-core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 1.6GHz, a Mali-T830MP2 graphics card and 3GB of RAM and it runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.


When it comes to the internal storage, you should know that the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime supports only 32GB, but you don’t have to worry about that, because the capacity can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card.


The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime sports a primary camera of 13MP that features LED flash, autofocus, geo-tagging, touch focus, panorama, HDR, face detection and the secondary camera has a resolution of 8MP.


The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime is powered by a non-removable battery of 3300 mAh, which will keep the handset “alive” for about 10 hours or more.


The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime is sold for around $280 and it comes in two color options of Black and Gold.
