You haven’t even had enough of that sparkling rose gold, 3D Touch-enabled iPhone 6S in your hand and might have begun lately to hear rumors about the next major iPhone from Apple! True that?

Well, we don’t wish to spoil your fun but Apple’s iPhone 7 is almost here which is expected to launch next month.

The specs of the much-hyped about iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus seems to have been leaked on the Internet and are taking the web by storm. Moreover, some internal specs along with details about the rumored design and hardware have also been leaked lately. You can know about all these details in our today’s post:

Release date of iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus

According to the latest news, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are expected to be launched by Apple on the 7th of September 2016, with pre-orders estimated to start after two days on 9th September. With this news, there has already been an immense amount of excitement surrounding iPhone users. However, the next-generation smartphone will be publicly available for sale predictably on 16th or 23rd of September. The news will be confirmed with the launch event getting nearer.

As far as design is concerned, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are being rumored to look pretty much similar to the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus of last year, respectively. However, rumors also point to many key changes in design. For example, it’s being said that there will be some additional tweaks along with a larger sensor for iPhone 7 having a display of 4.7-inch and a 5.5-inch display for the iPhone 7 Plus with a dual-lens setup.

Both the smartphones will have the typical aluminum body identical to the iPhone 6S, except for the white antenna lines at the back. It is also expected that there will not be any 3.5mm headphone port at the bottom of the handset, which makes iPhone users think twice to decide whether to get it or not. It is also being said that Apple might expand its variety of colors for its new iPhone range. So overall up till now we see that Apple hasn’t altered much in terms of design for its new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Rumors say that the iPhone 7’s camera will sport a 12 mega-pixel unit with a larger sensor as compared to the iPhone 6S. But most interestingly, on the other hand, the iPhone 7 Plus will come with a dual-lens camera sporting two units of 12 mega-pixels each. The pixel size for 7 Plus however isn’t disclosed yet. The dual camera feature that will only be coming to iPhone 7 Plus will allow iPhone users to capture SLR quality photos and 3D pictures.

Processor, memory and battery

Since the new iPhone 7 range will come with the latest iOS 10 software with an upgraded processor, there are greater chances for increased battery performance and better memory efficiency.

According to leaked specs, iPhone 7 will have the same 2GB RAM similar to last year’s iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, whereas iPhone 7 Plus will carry 3GB of RAM. As for the battery and processor is concerned, both smartphones will be expected to have A10 and M10 processor chips with bigger batteries of “low power mode” from Apple – 1960mAh for iPhone 7 and 2910mAh for the iPhone 7 Plus, respectively.

The resolution for the screen of both the smartphones will remain identical to iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. However, some rumors say that Apple will shift from the usual LED display to a more vibrant OLED screen.

Carrying all the above mentioned advanced features, the price of the new iPhone 7 and 7 Plus is anticipated to fall between 800-99 USD, depending upon various geographical locations.
