Candy Crush Jelly Saga has just received a new update that affects all Windows 10 devices; the new update released by game developer King is for Windows 10 PC and Mobile devices and it’s not just Candy Crush Jelly Saga that’s been updated. Soda Saga players will also be excited to hear that the game has received a nice update also.
The biggest update to the game is the addition of a brand new episode for Candy Crush Jelly Saga; King has now added the Sweet Bamboo Festival to the game which has brought 320 new levels to the game. This new episode is available for free and all players who have reached this far in the game will be able to play it.
While the Sweet Bamboo Festival is not a completely new episode, this is the first time it’s being released for the Windows 10 OS and the devices that use it. The episode was first released in June for iOS and Android devices and several other episodes were released after this for those platforms.
Windows 10 gamers should expect to see the other World Six episodes being released very soon and hopefully the World Seven episodes will shortly follow that; there are currently not worlds beyond World Seven however this will have most likely changed by the time Windows 10 catches up with the main versions of the game.
Aside from Candy Crush Jelly Saga, another spin-off Candy Crush puzzle game has also been updated; Candy Crush Soda Saga has seen the addition of 20 new levels. As a result of the latest update, gamers now have 905 levels to complete on Windows 10 devices.
Casual gamers with the Windows 10 OS will enjoy playing through the new levels available for both Candy Crush games however, it will take a little bit of time for new players to reach them. It’s great to see developers releasing new content for Windows 10 games and considering how popular and addicting the Candy Crush series is, there should be plenty of content to keep players busy until the next one arrives.
