Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is expected to be released on October 25 in various regions of the world, but in Europe it will arrive three days later and in Japan, it will be available on November 2. The game was developed by Dimps and it’s a sequel to the original Dragon Ball Xenoverse, so the action takes place two years later, when history begins changing once the protagonist joins the expanded Time Patrol. A gameplay video was uploaded on YouTube on July 26, and you can get an idea of what new features and characters will be added.

Let’s start with the new features that will be introduced in this sequel. First of all, Bandai Namco has recently released some updates that show how players are able to Ki Blasts, so they can control their own Ki releases. The Hub City has been improved, so now can enter up to 300 players at the same time, the graphics have been enhanced and the game will run in 1080p at 60fps.

Son Goku will have new friends: Dedoria, Zarbon, Turles and Janemba and rumors say that Imperfect Cell and Android 16 could be introduced in the game. During the battle, the Namekians have the ability to transform into giants, but they will gain a new ability: to crush and squeeze their enemies.

Until now, players were wandering around the Toki Toki City and the Time Nest. In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, they will explore new locations with the spaceship of Namek and Frieza and the Capsule Corporation.

It’s worth mentioning that the game will have a training mode called “Training School”, and when players will customize a character, they will have the option to choose between the following ki blasts: Power, Burst, Freeze and Bomb. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be available for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
