The OnePlus 3 and HTC 10 are two handsets that have been released in June and May 2016, respectively. They’re two important successors that have been awaited with great interest and the fans were impressed by their new features. Today we will compare these two devices and let you decide which one of them you will want to purchase.

Designs

The OnePlus 3 measures 152.7×74.7×7.4mm and weights 158 grams. OnePlus has ditched the Sandstone Black design in favor of metal, but unfortunately, the company didn’t come with an original idea, as on the back are located the familiar horizontal lines that are hiding the radio antennas on HTC’s One devices. On the other hand, the HTC 10 is thicker and heavier as it measures 145.9×71.9x9mm and weights 161 grams and compared to its predecessor, it has chamfered edges instead of a curved back.

Displays

The OnePlus 3 features an optic AMOLED display of 5.5-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 401 ppi and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The HTC 10 comes with a smaller super LCD5 display of 5.2-inch that supports a higher resolution of 2560×1440 pixels at 565 ppi and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM

Both devices come with a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 chipset, a dual-core Kryo CPU clocked at 1.6GHz and a dual-core Kryo CPU clocked at 2.15GHz and an Adreno 530 graphics card. When it comes to RAM, the OnePlus 3 supports 6GB, while the HTC 10 has only 4GB.

Storages

The OnePlus 3 has been released with an internal memory of 64GB, but it doesn’t have a card slot for storage expansion. The HTC 10 comes in two internal storage variants of 32GB and 64GB which you can expand up to 256GB.

Cameras

The OnePlus 3 sports a primary camera of 16MP that features OIS, LED flash, phase detection autofocus, geo-tagging, panorama, HDR, touch focus, face detection and a secondary camera of 8MP. The HTC 10 has a weaker primary camera of 13MP that features OIS, laser autofocus, dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, HDR, panorama, touch focus, face detection and a secondary camera of 5MP.

Batteries

Both devices are powered by non-removable batteries of 3000 mAh.
