Sony Xperia Z5 Premium and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 are two phablets that come with some interesting specifications, but one of them is slightly more advanced and we will let you decide which phone is worth buying.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium measures 154.4×75.8×7.8mm and weights 180 grams. Sony has opted for a frosted glass design and it placed a fingerprint scanner on the right side. Also, if you don’t like the Chrome color, you can choose the Black, Gold or Pink variant. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is thicker and lighter as it measures 150x76x8.7mm and weights 164 grams. It has a body that’s made entirely of metal, which is a bit curved on the edges and the available colors are Silver, Gray and Gold.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has an IPS LCD display of 5.5-inch that supports a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels at 806 ppi. On the other hand, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has an IPS LCD display with the same size, but it supports a lower resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 403 ppi.

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features a Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.5GHz and a quad-core Cortex A57 CPU clocked at 2.0GHz, an Adreno 430 graphics card and 3GB of RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 comes with a Qualcomm MSM8956 Snapdragon 650 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.4GHz and a dual-core Cortex A72 CPU clocked at 1.8GHz, an Adreno 510 graphics card and 2GB or 3GB of RAM.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has been released with an internal storage of 32GB, while the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 came in two internal storage variants of 16GB and 32GB. Both devices feature a microSD card slot that supports memory cards of up to 256GB.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium sports a primary camera of 23MP that features phase detection autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, HDR, panorama, touch focus and a secondary camera of 5.1MP. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has a weaker primary camera of 16MP that features dual-LED flash, autofocus, geo-tagging, panorama, HDR, face detection and the secondary camera is 5MP.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is powered by a non-removable battery of 3430 mAh, while the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 features a larger non-removable battery of 4000 mAh.
