A teaser image has revealed that the upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will feature a dual camera, which seems to be the new trend in the mobile world. Huawei has already released the P9 with a dual camera and its success has determined the Chinese company to use the same camera technology on the Honor 8. In China, there are many mobile device manufacturers who try to step outside their shadow, but Xiaomi has managed to make its products popular, and the Redmi Note 4 will be an amazing phablet for sure.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is expected to come with a full metal body and between the rear cameras will be placed the LED flash, while the Mi logo will be located further down the phablet’s back. The screen will measure 5.5-inch, but its resolution isn’t known yet. On the front side, it might feature a fingerprint scanner embedded into the home button, just like on the Mi 5, and internally, it might house MediaTek’s Helio X20 deca-core SoC or Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 652 processor, which will be backed by 4GB of RAM. The internal memory will have a capacity of 16GB and the device will support a microSD card slot for expansion.

Its predecessor, the Redmi Note 3, was released in February with a 5.5-inch IPS LCD Full HD screen. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop overlaid by MIUI 7.0 and it’s powered by a Qualcomm MSM8956 Snapdragon 650 hexa core processor consisting of four cores clocked at 1.4GHz and two cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The 16GB variant was paired with 2GB of RAM and the 32GB variant supports 3GB of RAM. The device has a primary camera of 16MP with f/2.0 optics, phase detection autofocus and dual-LED (dual tone) flash and the front camera is 5MP. Xiaomi has equipped it with a large battery of 4000mAh, which provides you with at least one day battery life.
