The LG G5 has been released back in April 2016, while the Samsung Z3 Corporate Edition has been released in June 2016, being available for purchase in Russia. The first device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, while the latter comes pre-installed with Tizen v2.4. Today we will compare these two smartphones and let you decide which one of them you will want to purchase.

Designs

The LG G5 measures 149.4×73.9×7.7mm and weights 159 grams. The device has a metal body with a modular design, allowing you to replace some of its components. On the other hand, the Samsung Z3 Corporate Edition is slightly thicker as it measures 141.5×69.9×7.9mm, and has a plastic back that’s curved on the two sides and it’s protected by a metal frame.



Displays

The LG G5 has an IPS LCD display of 5.3-inch that supports a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels at 554 ppi. The Samsung Z3 Corporate Edition has a smaller super AMOLED display of 5-inch that supports a lower resolution of 1280×720 pixels at 294 ppi.

Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM

The LG G5 features a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 chipset, a dual-core Kryo CPU clocked at 2.15GHz and a dual-core Kryo CPU clocked at 1.6GHz, an Adreno 530 graphics card and 4GB of RAM. The Samsung Z3 Corporate Edition has a weaker Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, an Adreno 306 graphics card and only 1GB of RAM.

Storages

The LG G5 comes with an internal storage of 32GB which you can expand up to 256GB using a microSD card. The Samsung Z3 Corporate Edition has been released with an internal storage of 8GB, but you can expand it up to 128GB using a microSD card.

Cameras

The LG G5 sports a dual-primary camera of 16MP and 8MP that features laser autofocus, LED flash, OIS, geo-tagging, HDR, panorama, face detection, touch focus and a secondary camera of 8MP. The Samsung Z3 Corporate Edition has a weaker primary camera of 8MP that features LED flash, autofocus, geo-tagging, HDR, panorama, face detection and a secondary camera of 5MP.

Batteries

Both handsets feature removable batteries, but the 2800 mAh one that the LG G5 slightly more powerful than the 2600 mAh battery of the Samsung Z3 Corporate Edition.
