There have been many rumors and speculations about the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 and users expected that everything would be cleared up at the WWDC event. Apple was expected to present some features or at least some info regarding the MacBook Pro 2016, but that never happened.
Now, even though Apple said nothing about the upcoming MacBook Air 2016, people speculate that this device will be launched before the MacBook Pro 2016 and that both devices will be released sometime in the fourth quarter of 2016.
The delay is due to a promise that Apple representatives made at the WWDC event to improve user experience. Some believe that it refers to implementing an OLED bar into the MacBook Pro 2016 that will bring up a user’s favorite controls and apps.
Another interesting rumor is related to the Retina display feature. Some tech blogs speculate that both the MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air 2016 will feature Retina displays, while others imply that only the latter will have that feature. Also, according to BGR, MacBook Pro 2016 will no longer have the 3.5 mm headphone jack and that it’s very possible that the feature will be removed from the iPad as well.
Apart from this tech bloggers also expect to see the latest Skylake Processors in the next MacBook Pro and unlocking via Touch ID like we’ve seen on the iPhones.
The upcoming MacBook Pro models are also expected to sport a new design, Radeon RX 400 graphics chips.
Right now, ebay has discounted the MacBook Pro 2015 price and it now costs $570. The device has a 15.4 inch display with 2880×1800 px of resolution, an Intel Core i7 processor, 16 GB of RAM and many ports. It also weighs 4.49 pounds and features a black bordered appearance with an aluminum chassis.
