The LG Stylo 2 and HTC Desire 825 are two smartphones that have been released in April 2016 that come with some decent specifications and today we will compare them.
The LG Stylo 2 measures 155×79.5×7.4mm and weights 144.6 grams. It has a plastic back with a faux-metal aspect and physical buttons placed below the rear camera. In addition, it offers a stylus with which you can draw and take notes directly on the screen. On the other hand, the HTC Desire 825 is heavier as it weights 155 grams and measures 156.9×76.9×7.4mm. Unlike other Desire models which have a dual-tone design (the frame, circle around the camera and logo have a different color than the back), the 825 model has multi-colored spots on the plastic back.
The LG Stylo 2 has an IPS LCD display of 5.7-inch that supports a resolution1280x720 pixels at 258 ppi. The HTC Desire 825 comes with a smaller super LCD display of 5.5-inch that supports a resolution of 1280×720 pixels.
Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM
The LG Stylo 2 features a Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, an Adreno 306 graphics card and 2GB of RAM. The HTC Desire 825 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, a Cortex A7 CPU clocked at 1.6GHz, an Adreno 305 graphics card and 2GB of RAM.
The LG Stylo 2 has been released with an internal storage of 16GB, but you can expand it up to 256GB using a microSD card.
Both devices sport a primary camera of 13MP that features touch focus, HDR, panorama, geo-tagging, face detection, LED flash, autofocus and a secondary camera of 5MP.
The LG Stylo 2 is powered by a removable battery of 3000 mAh which is less powerful than the non-removable battery of 2700 mAh that the HTC Desire 825 comes with.
