If you’re a big Call of Duty Black Ops 3 fan, you’ll definitely want to get your hands on the latest DLC. Called Black Ops 3 1.11, the update brings massive changes to the game as well as new features that will surely give you hours of excitement.

One of the biggest changes is that gamers can now play as Blackjack (the person who runs the black market) after downloading the 1.11 update. However, they won’t be able to do this full-time; rather, they need to “earn” this opportunity by completing two Weekly Contracts and gaining a Mercenary Contract. This contract allows players to hire Blackjack as a mercenary for 60 minutes at a time and use his skills.

Those who play as Blackjack can choose between two modes: Rogue and Gambler. As a Rogue, Blackjack can increase his power as he gets more kills and, once he has powered up, he can use the Specialist weapons of the targets he has put down. As a Gambler, Blackjack gets the chance to activate an Ability from his Specialist deck at a faster rate. He doesn’t get to choose which ability to use, though, so players will essentially have to take a gamble.

Aside from the ability to play as Blackjack, players will have access to other features such as Side Bets. These challenges have to be taken while playing as Blackjack and, if players win, they can earn a special calling card.

They can also take on Daily Contracts (which will let them earn Cryptokey rewards if they’re successful) as well as Weekly Contracts (which consist of two separate challenges and allow them to earn Cryptokey rewards as well as a Mercenary Contract). Daily Contracts have a 24-hour cycle that starts and ends on 10:00 AM Pacific Time, while Weekly Contracts start and end on Mondays at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.

The Black Ops 3 1.11 update brings other changes to the game, such as the support of 12 custom team color variants in CoDCaster and the addition of Eclipse maps to Core, Hardcore, and Bonus Playlists. You can check the full list of patch notes at Activision’s site.

Black Ops 3 1.11 was revealed during E3 2016 and was made available to the public immediately after the announcement. It’s available on both PS4 and Xbox One and is reportedly almost 2GB in size. To download the game, make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection and set aside enough time for your system to complete the download.
