The LG Stylus 2 and LG X Power are two smartphones that are expected to be released this month. Today we will compare them and let you decide which one of them you will want to purchase.
Displays and Designs
The LG Stylus 2 Plus comes with an IPS LCD display of 5.7-inch with an IDEX Biometric Sensor, which supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 386 ppi. Its body appears to be made of plastic and has a fine texture for a better grip. The rear camera is located in the top middle and has physical buttons below it, a stylus that’s inserted into the slot that’s located on the top of the phablet. The LG X Power has a smaller IPS LCD display of 5.3-inch that supports a lower resolution of 1280×720 pixels at 277 ppi. Unlike the Stylus 2 Plus, the LG X Power has a simple matte plastic back and its main camera sits in the upper left corner.
Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM
The LG Stylus 2 Plus features a Qualcomm MSM8937 Snapdragon 430 chipset, an octa-core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 1.2GHz or 1.4GHz, an Adreno 505 graphics card and 2GB or 3GB of RAM. The LG X Power comes with a Mediatek MT6735 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 1.14GHz, a Mali-T720 graphics card and 2GB of RAM.
The LG Stylus 2 will be released in two internal storage variants of 16GB and 32GB which you will be able to expand it up to 256GB using a microSD card. The LG X Power comes with an internal storage of 16GB, but you will be able to expand it up to 32GB using a microSD card.
The LG Stylus 2 is expected to sport a primary camera of 13MP or 16MP that will support autofocus, LED flash, touch focus, geo-tagging, face detection, panorama and a secondary camera of 5MP or 8MP. On the other hand, the LG X Power will come with a primary camera of 13MP that will support touch focus, geo-tagging, face detection, panorama, autofocus, LED flash and a secondary camera of 8MP.
The LG Stylus 2 is expected to be powered by a removable battery of 3000 mAh, which will be considerable less powerful than the non-removable battery of 4100 mAh that the LG X Power will come with.
