A good amount of gamers were quite surprised because of a “promotion” that ran yesterday, when the game was on sale for… FREE. As expected, it was a pricing error and while gamers were able to purchase the game for free because of it, now they’re noticing that their Fallout 4 copies are being revoked after Microsoft has figured out what actually happened.
However, Microsoft has tried to make gamers less frustrated because of this problem and it is giving 10 dollars as a gift to everyone who used a Microsoft account and downloaded the Fallout 4 game for free. In other words, if you see huge pricing errors, you might want to download those games as you will most likely end up with a potential reward.
Before this promotion was resolved by Microsoft, a good amount of gamers have got their “free” copy of Fallout 4, which means that the American multinational technology company headquartered in Redmond, Washington had to give a good amount of 10 dollars gifts.
Bethesda will most likely launch a new DLC for its Fallout 4 during the E3 2016 event. This way, gamers who received the 10 dollars gift will have to pay only 5-10 dollars for the DLC (aside from the gift).
In other words, if you are one of the users who purchased the Fallout 4 for free, you are now 10 dollars richer. If you are an Overwatch player, you should know that by using this 10 dollars gift you can purchase 11 loot craves in this game, which will surely be good enough for anyone.
Have you managed to purchase the “FREE” Fallout 4 game, which normally costs $59.99 on Steam, or you’ve missed this “offer”? Tell us your thoughts about the way Microsoft has used to manage this issue!
