The Samsung Galaxy C5 has been released this month, while the Motorola Moto Z Force is expected to hit the stores this fall. Today we will compare these two smartphones and you will decide whether it’s worth purchasing the Samsung Galaxy C5 now or you should wait a few more months for the arrival of the Motorola Moto Z Force.

Designs

The Samsung Galaxy C5 measures 145.9x72x6.7mm and weights 143 grams. On the other hand, the Motorola Moto Z Force is expected to be slightly thicker and heavier as it will measure 155.9×75.8x7mm and weights 163 grams. Both devices have a full metal body, but the Galaxy C5 resembles Apple’s iPhone 6S or HTC’s One M9, as it has two horizontal lines on the back. The Moto Z Force has a simpler design, featuring a protruding circular camera on the top middle.



Displays

The Samsung Galaxy C5 has a super AMOLED display of 5.2-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 424 ppi. The Motorola Moto Z Force comes with an AMOLED display of 5.5-inch that supports a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels at 535 ppi.

Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM

The Samsung Galaxy C5 features a Qualcomm MSM8952 Snapdragon 617 chipset, an octa-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.5GHz, an Adreno 405 graphics card and 4GB of RAM. The Motorola Moto Z Force has a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 chipset, a dual-core Kryo CPU clocked at 2.15GHz and a quad-core Kryo CPU clocked at 1.6GHz, an Adreno 530 graphics card and 4GB of RAM.

Storages

Both devices come in two internal storage variants of 32GB and 64GB, which you can expand up to 256GB using a microSD card.

The Samsung Galaxy C5 sports a primary camera of 16MP that features dual-LED flash, autofocus, panorama, HDR, touch focus, face detection, geo-tagging and a secondary camera of 8MP. The Motorola Moto Z Force has a primary camera of 21MP that features laser & phase detection autofocus, dual-LED flash, OIS, panorama, HDR, touch focus, face detection and a secondary camera of 5MP.

Batteries

The Samsung Galaxy C5 is powered by a non-removable battery of 2600 mAh which is less powerful than the non-removable 3500 mAh battery that the Motorola Moto Z Force will come with.
