In June, Square Enix will release a new update for its Final Fantasy game, and the developers have promised they’ll bring new features and other improvements. In Final Fantasy 14 3.3 update we’ll see a new main scenario (Litany of Peace), where players are in conflict with dragons, but more details about the game you’ll find in the new trailer that was released on May 27.
In the description provided by Square Enix “The conference held at Falcon’s Nest was intended to celebrate the reconciliation between man and dragon”, “But the lingering shade of Nidhogg, clad in the flesh of the Azure Dragoon, marked the occasion by spilling the blood of his own kind–a timely atrocity to remind the children of Ishgard that the conflict was far from over. In those twilight hours Nidhogg cried out for vengeance, and his brethren raised their voices for the final chorus of the Dragonsong War.”
Players who will install update 3.3 will get many quests, trials and will have plenty things to do. There will be an alliance raid dungeon (The Weeping City of Mhach), as well as two standard dungeons (Sohr Khai and a hard version of Hullbreaker Isle) and players will have more daily Beast Tribe quests.
Other new introductions are: emotes, minions, mounts, crafting recipes, hairstyles, a new option to equip optimal gear, and players will be automatically matched up with other players thanks to the new raid finder.
The update will be released on June 7, but if you can’t wait until then, you should know that Square Enix is running the “Make It Rain Campaign”, which will end on June 10, at 3 PM BST, and which will take place at “happiest place in Eorzea” – the Manderville Gold Saucer. Also, recently, it was announced that Final Fantasy XIV will receive Phantasy Star Online 2 crossover items.
