The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) is expected to be released this month, while the Motorola Moto X Style (2016) is rumored to be announced next month. Using the rumored specifications, we will compare these two handsets and let you decide which one you will prefer to purchase.

Displays

The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) features a very large super AMOLED display of 6-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 367 ppi and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. On the other hand, the Motorola Moto X Style (2016) has a smaller AMOLED display of 5.5-inch that supports a higher resolution of 2560×1440 pixels at 534 ppi and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4.



Processors, Graphics Cards & RAM

The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) has a Qualcomm MSM8976 Snapdragon 652 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A72 CPU clocked at 1.8GHz and a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, an Adreno 510 graphics card and 4GB of RAM. The Motorola Moto X Style (2016) has the latest Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 chipset, supporting a dual-core Kryo CPU clocked at 2.0GHz and a dual-core Kryo CPU clocked at 1.6GHz, an Adreno 530 graphics card and 3GB or 4GB of RAM.

Storages

Both devices will be released with an internal storage of 32GB, but the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) will support microSD cards up to 128GB for storage expansion, while the Motorola Moto X Style (2016) will support microSD cards up to 200GB.

Cameras

The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) will come with a primary camera of 16MP that will feature LED flash, OIS, autofocus, geo-tagging, panorama, HDR, face detection and a secondary camera of 8MP. The Motorola Moto X Style (2016) will have a primary camera of 13MP with LED flash, OIS, laser autofocus, geo-tagging, panorama, HDR, face detection and touch focus. Unfortunately, we don’t have any information about the secondary camera that the device will have on its front side.

Batteries

Both devices are expected to come with non-removable batteries, but the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) will have a cell that will match its body, as its capacity will be 5000 mAh, while the Motorola Moto X Style (2016) will be powered by a weak 2600 mAh battery.
