There are many speculations and rumors about the Rockstar’s sixth installment of the popular Grand Theft Auto franchise. Lately, everyone has started to believe that Techradar’s reports about moving the game to Tokyo have a grain of truth and that the developers didn’t visit the Japanese capital in vain. After all, it seems that GTA 6 will have an international map, and not only that.

GTA 6 is expected to be released alongside the Xbox Two and PlayStation 5. Actually, rumors say that it will be the first game that will run on the new consoles, but they won’t arrive sooner than 2018-2020. But it will be worth the wait, because the upcoming gaming consoles will be more powerful than ever and gamers will have an amazing experience while playing GTA 6. Rockstar hasn’t confirmed that the game is in the works, but fans are assuming that this is already happening and GTA 6 will be finished before the launch of the two consoles.

Back in 2012, former Rockstar big boss Leslie Benzies was telling Digital Trends that “Of course at some point we would like to have one big world containing all our cities and let the player fly between them and revisit their favorite areas.” Fans were excited with the statement, but in the meantime, Benzies has resigned and sued the firm, asking $150 million in unpaid royalties.

Rockstar had to find a way to move forward without Benzies and to think of the changes that will be made to GTA 6. One of the new characters that might make its appearance in the next installment is Osama Bin Laden, the deceased leader of the terror group Al-Qaeda and players will fight against him along other allies.

Also, actress Eva Mendes was rumored to use her voice for a female protagonist, but in the past weeks, things have been quiet, because new details have surfaced, such as a deviation from the traditional gameplay, which will bring more driving stunts than adventures.

As for music, Twitter handle @UnsungQuote has noticed that Canadian singer-rapper Drake’s new album, Views, has an artwork that is very similar to the scenes from a GTA game and he speculated that this artist’s music will be featured in GTA 6.
