A good amount of kids love Pokémon and it seems that they will be quite happy sometime in the near future, because two new Pokémon games will be released. Unfortunately, these two games will be available only for a console, which might disappoint many fans.

Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon are two upcoming RPG games (role-playing video games) that are developed by Game Freak and published by The Pokémon Company. Both games are expected to be released this fall for the Nintendo 3DS handheld game console.

It is good to know that the two games are compatible with Pokémon Bank and the online Pokémon storage system, that were introduced when the previous generation of Pokémon games have been released.

CoroCoro, a Japanese monthly magazine published by Shogakukan, has promised of an “exclusive scoop” regarding these two upcoming game. The magazine has published a trailer which showcases a little about these two games. This is the same trailer that was released in English a few days ago. Below you can see the trailer that CoroCoro has published:

Pokémon Sun and Moon come with a new region that has been named the Alola Region and it is located in Hawaii. In other words, the new games will have Pokémon creatures inspired by animals from this part of the world. It is good to know that most are marine-based mammals (such as sea lions) and there are quite a few small native mammals in Hawaii.

The Pokémon Sun and Moon games are expected to be released on November 18, 2016 for Nintendo 3DS handheld game console.

What are your thoughts about the upcoming Pokémon Sun and Moon games? Will you play them once they will be released or you don’t own a Nintendo 3DS handheld game console?
