King Digital Entertainment has released an update for the Windows Phone and Windows 10 version of Candy Crush Saga.

By downloading the update, players will get to enjoy 15 more levels to the popular candy-matching puzzle game, exploring new areas and meeting more characters along the way. The update allows players to explore Divine Diner, where Tiffi (the main character in Candy Crush Saga) will meet the Baroness.

Aside from providing an update for Candy Crush Saga, King Digital has also released updates for Candy Crush Jelly Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga. The new updates can be downloaded from the Windows Store and is available for Windows Phone 8.1 as well as Windows 10 for both PCs and mobile devices.

The first update for Candy Crush Jelly Saga adds a new episode called Toffee Tops, wherein players can encounter the Jelly Queen and meet Pufflers which, according to King, are “a rare hybrid between marshmallow and butterfly”. The Candy Crush developer gives players a clue as to how they can find Pufflers, saying that these creatures like to play hide-and-seek and use candy to disguise themselves.

The second update for Candy Crush Jelly Saga, which comes a month later, brings another episode called Soft Serve Summit and adds 20 more levels to the game. It also introduces a new blocker called the fishing net (which makes the game more challenging and exciting to players) and allows users to play in Landscape mode.

Meanwhile, for Candy Crush Soda Saga, the first update lets the players explore a whole new episode called Bubblegum Blueshift (which is based in space) and meet an extraterrestrial being called Allen the alien. It also adds 20 more levels to the game, bringing the total to 785 exciting levels.

The second update for Candy Crush Soda Saga, which also comes a month after, brings a new episode called Red Velvet Villa. It adds 20 new levels to the game (bringing the total to 825 levels) and introduces players to a new character called Valentin Fluffybun.

These new updates have been welcomed with open arms by Candy Crush fans, who have been wondering if Activision’s acquisition of King Digital Entertainment will affect the way that the latter operates. The updates will also greatly help the performance of the Candy Crush Saga games, which are still popular but can’t afford to be stagnant considering that new exciting games are being developed every month.
