The developers of WhatsApp have proven once again that they are continuously improving their application. Yesterday, they’ve released a new WhatsApp BETA version that comes with some minor changes.

The WhatsApp 2.12.553 is the latest BETA version for the Android devices and it seems that the developers have fixed some bugs and stability issues that the previous version had. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with any new features, which is quite disappointing, especially for the BETA testers, who are usually waiting to test out some new features.

The WhatsApp 2.12.553 APK (installation) file has been slightly decreased by only 5KB, it has around 140 modified files, most of them being related to the new security features, but it seems that it was not activated yet by the developers.

We remind you that there are some rumors which say that this application will receive a Video Calling feature, but for now we haven’t seen any file related to it, which means that the developers are still far from releasing it. It is good to know that the developers didn’t confirm or inform that the Video Calling feature will come to the WhatsApp application, so we should take these rumors with a bit of salt.
