Next week, Bethesda will launch the first DLC for its Fallout 4 game, which will be called “Automatron” and in the trailer you’ll see a character known as the Mechanist, who will unleash evil robots that are threatening to destroy the Commonwealth. The Fallout 4 was released on November 2015 – five years later after the arrival of the Fallout 3, and the action takes place in Boston in the year 2287, after the devastating nuclear war that took place 210 years ago.

The standard edition of the Fallout 4 for both PS 4 and Xbox One costs around $40 and the upcoming DLC will be priced at $10. There were many players who have been waiting for the Automatron bundle, and yesterday, Bethesda has released a trailer for this upcoming DLC, so that the players could take a glimpse at what to expect in the game.

At the same time, Bethesda has given a short description of the Automatron DLC: “The mysterious Mechanist has unleashed a horde of evil robots into the Commonwealth, including the devious Robobrain. Hunt them down and harvest their parts to build and mod your own custom robot companions. Choose from hundreds of mods; mixing limbs, armor, abilities, and weapons like the all-new lightning chain gun. Even customize their paint schemes and choose their voices!”

Much later, Bethesda will release the Pet DLC which will have half of Automatron’s price, but until then, you’ll enjoy collecting parts to build a robo-companion and make it stronger, just like you’d collect Pokémon in the real world, in the upcoming AR game.

In the trailer for the Automatron DLC, you’ll hunt down the Mechanist, who will release non-Synth robots and you’ll need to save the Commonwealth from total destruction. The weapons that will be used in the battle really look amazing and the fight will be pretty intense. But you’ll need to wait until March 22, when the DLC will be released, and if you’re curious to see the trailer, here it is:
