Ever since Grand Theft Auto 5 was released in 2013, gamers both who have been loyal to the franchise and newcomers have been wondering about the future of the game. While the announcement of Grand Theft Auto 6 has been made, predicting the release date is a gamble at best and a lot of the talk about the game have been rumors and educated guesses. So what does the future of the Grand Theft Auto franchise hold?

GTA 5 saw gamers taking to the skies and many have expressed how much they would like to see more aerial missions in the next game. That of course means there will have to be a larger map, and some fans have speculated that maybe this means that maps from previous games may be incorporated.
Need to get someplace fast? Teleportation in the next installment has been the talk of the internet, and some believe it may be akin to the teleportation used in the Need for Speed 2015 game that brings users easily from one place to another.
Along with the rumor of a female protagonist go the voice acting rumors, and one is said to include Eva Mendes voicing the main female protagonist of the game. Her real life partner Ryan Gosling may also be on tap to lend his voice to GTA 6, joining as the main male protagonist. With the game only being in its infancy, it will likely be some time before voice actors of any kind are confirmed.
