Today we’re going to talk about two HTC One M9 and LG G4, two flagship smartphones that have been released last year, in March and April, respectively. Their manufacturers did their best to improve these models and to want the owners of the previous devices to renew them. Let’s see what specs and features can be found on these phones.
The HTC One M9 measures 144.6×69.7×9.6mm and weights 157 grams. Unfortunately, not many changes have been made to the exterior of this successor, looking almost identical to its predecessor: the same brushed aluminum body with two lines at the top and bottom of the back. Only the camera lens has changed its form and HTC introduced dual-tone variants. The LG G4 is thicker and a bit lighter, as it measures 148.9×76.1×9.8 and weights 155 grams. The company has offered two variants of models: one with genuine leather on the back, and a vertical stitching running down the middle, and the other variant has a plastic back with a 3D diamond pattern.
The HTC One M9 comes with a super LCD3 display of 5-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 441 and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla glass 3. On the other hand, the LG G4 has a bigger IPS LCD display of 5.5-inch that supports a higher resolution of 2560×1440 pixels at 538 ppi and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The HTC One M9 sports a primary camera of 20MP that features autofocus, dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, HDR, face detection, panorama and a secondary camera of 4MP (Ultrapixel), which landed from the back of the One M8. The LG G4 has a primary camera of 16MP that features LED flash, laser autofocus, geo-tagging, touch focus, panorama, HDR, face detection and a secondary camera of 8MP. The primary cameras are found on the rear side of the handsets, while the secondary ones are located on the front side of the devices.
