The WhatsApp 2.12.471 is currently in BETA phase, which means that you will not be able to find it on the Google Play Store. In order to install the latest WhatsApp BETA version on your Android device, you will need to open the browser on your Android device and head to whatsapp.com/android. From here, you will be able to download the APK (installation) file of the WhatsApp 2.12.471.
After the download is complete, you will have to enable the “Unknown Sources” option that will allow you to install an APK file that have been downloaded from a third party source.
