The Huawei Ascend P7 and Acer Liquid Z530 are two smartphones that have been released in 2014 (June) and 2015 (October), respectively. They don’t come with high-end specifications, but we’re pretty sure that if you don’t want to invest a lot of money in a new smartphone, you should pick one of these two. The Ascend P7 features a HiSilicon Kirin 910T chipset, a quad-core Cortex A9 processor clocked at 1.8GHz, a Mali-450MP4 graphics cards and 2GB of RAM. The Liquid Z530 has been released with a Mediatek MT6735 chipset, a quad-core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 1.3GHz, a Mali-T720MP2 graphics cards and 1GB or 2GB of RAM.
The Ascend P7 comes with an internal storage of 16GB, but it can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card. The Liquid Z530 comes in two internal storages of 8GB (the variant with 1GB of RAM) and 16GB (the variant with 2GB of RAM), which can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card.
The Ascend P7 sports a primary camera of 13MP (found on the rear side of handset) that offers autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR and a secondary camera of 8MP (found on the front side of the smartphone). The Liquid Z530 has a weaker primary camera of only 8MP that features LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR, and a selfie camera of 8MP.
The Ascend P7 is powered by a non-removable battery of 2500 mAh. On the other hand, the Liquid Z530 has a 2420 mAh battery, which can be replaced.
